Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Satelec LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("FitRay", "we"). They govern your use of the FitRay app and website. By using FitRay you agree to them.

Use of the service

FitRay provides fitness, nutrition, and related content for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or diet program.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app, and no uploading of harmful or infringing content.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. recipes, reviews) and grant us a license to host and display it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Health & fitness disclaimer

FitRay is a self-tracking and information tool. It is not a medical device, and the calorie targets, macro splits, workout templates, exercise instructions, nutrition data and coach-supplied plans in it are not medical advice.

Always consult a qualified health professional before starting a new exercise, nutrition or weight-loss program — especially if you are pregnant, have a chronic condition, are recovering from injury, or take medication. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Nutrition values are estimates and will differ between brands, cuts, growing conditions and preparation methods. Do not rely on them for the management of any medical condition, including diabetes, allergies or intolerances — always check the product's own label.

Coaches, nutritionists and gyms listed on FitRay are independent third parties. We verify listing details, not clinical competence, and we are not a party to the advice they give you.

Disclaimers & liability

FitRay is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service, and may suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
