Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your FitRay account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open FitRay and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is immediately deactivated and your personal data is removed or irreversibly anonymized.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email support@fitray.app from the address tied to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Profile data (name, email, gender, birth date, height, weight, photo, contact).
• Authentication credentials and verification codes.

What may be retained

• De-identified, non-personal content you contributed (e.g. a public recipe) may remain, attributed to a generic "Deleted account".
• Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you.
• Records we must keep to comply with legal obligations.
